This facility is extraordinarily clean and very well-maintained, inside and out. Bathroom facilities are always clean. The staff are very polite and helpful. You will also see them doing multiple rounds of security checks and upkeep of the ground. The prices are absolutely reasonable. I’ve been here for five months now, so far I absolutely love this place. Also, the units themself look like they’re brand new. The experience bumping into other tenants occasionally has always been pleasant as well. Everyone seems to be happy here.

This is a great facility: the units are clean, the temperature control is reliable, the staff are friendly and the access hours are convenient. With that said, I have run into issues with rent increases. I began renting a 10x15 unit in 2019 for under $200, and with consistent rent increases over the years I found myself paying $367/month earlier this year. When I phoned the location to ask about options for a lower monthly rate, I was told the rate was a result of rising industry costs and that I could secure a lower rate by moving to a smaller unit. I took that advice, and relocated the contents of my locker to a different/smaller unit on site. HOWEVER once I put in my request to end the rental for the original unit, I was suddenly offered a lower rate (20% off). This came in after I had already done the work to move lockers. I was not impressed with the miscommunication, especially considering that I asked about my options for a lower rate and nothing was offered until after I had gone through the paperwork and manpower to move to a new locker. In addition: while I was moving out of my original locker, I was speaking to the person renting the unit next to mine and discovered he was paying $170/month for the same size unit for which I was paying $367/month. This is only the second locker rental company that I’ve dealt with, so I’m not sure if consistently increased rates is standard practice in the industry, but either way I am not impressed at how the same product (ie- a 10x15 locker) can go for such different rates depending on the customer. HOWEVER, assuming this is an issue across all locker rental companies, I am satisfied with the facility as a safe and secure place to store my stuff.

Syed was friendly and professional. The pickup of the keys was perfect and super easy. This is a fantastic storage business and I absolutely recommend it for anyone looking for a storage unit.

First time using storage for short term need (6 months). Read a lot of bad reviews about surprise charges at various rental places. Provide proof of content insurance and you won't have any surprises here. Charges were exactly as stated - no surprises, facility was clean, and most surprisingly, Syed the manager was really, really nice and accommodating.

We found this affordable storage unit online. Great deal. Chris showed us around and we were able to pay for and use our unit same day. Incredible service and great size for the price. Super happy. Thank you!
