From the very beginning, the entire process was easy, straightforward, and stress-free. Since I had never rented or renewed a storage unit before, I had quite a few questions. Thorn from the national office was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She helped me find and secure the storage unit that best suited my needs, and I truly appreciated the care she took to make sure I was comfortable with my decision.
The excellent customer service continued when I arrived at the Burlington location. Sayed, who works onsite, has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I first met him one evening when I stopped into the office to pick up some packing tape. He was able to simply add it to my account, which made everything quick and convenient without having to fumble around with cash or a card.
Every time I've visited, Sayed has been busy helping customers, answering questions, or keeping the property clean and well maintained. It's clear he genuinely takes pride in his work, and that level of care doesn't go unnoticed.
The facility itself is clean, secure, and very well maintained. I especially appreciated the drive-up access to my unit, which made loading and unloading boxes, family keepsakes, donations, and everything in between so much easier during my move.
Thank you to Thorn, Sayed, and the entire StorageMart team for providing outstanding customer service from beginning to end. Your professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made what could have been an overwhelming experience so much easier. I highly recommend StorageMart Burlington to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and professionally managed storage facility.

This is the best storage facility hands down! I have had various units here over the past 5 years, and have always been happy. Not only is it clean and well maintained, the staff are great. Syed always goes above, and beyond to help me. This time I had the pleasure of meeting Abhinav who was also extremely helpful. After speaking with Syed and Abhinav, I left (once again) with exactly what I needed. I can't recommend them enough!

Syed made the process of closing my locker fantastic , the staff here were helpful and very understanding. Always available and great customer service. I can’t recommend storage mart enough and the reasoning being how good the customer service from employees such as Syed. Would highly recommend!!!

Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. The friendly staff explained all of the details fully and the sign up process was easy. A great value for the price. The units are large, dry and clean.
