Jerry was especially helpful—he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I got the right unit for my needs. Went today to finalize a unit at the Appleby Line location. Jerry was very efficient - showed us the unit, answered our questions, and had us signed in and done in a timely manner. He also did a great job explaining the different costs associated with rental.
