This is a great storage facility. There are lots of options available at varying price ranges. It is clean and well kept. Lots of trolleys for moving your stuff and the cargo bays allow for a pretty big truck which is very convenient. The staff is fantastic. So helpful and friendly!

Outstanding service from Ria and Andrea at Smart Storage, Appleby Line, Burlington. From start to finish, both Ria and Andrea made the entire process effortless. They’re professional, kind, and genuinely care about their customers. Every question I had was answered with patience and clarity, and they went out of their way to make sure I had the unit for my needs. What’s more, they did it with laughter and authenticity. 🙏🏻 The facility itself is spotless, secure, and well-organized, but it’s the team that really makes the difference. Ria and Andrea’s warmth and attention to detail made it a seemly and strew free experience. Highly recommend Smart Storage, especially thanks to these two — they’re absolute stars!

Great from start to finish! Andrea got me all set up and organised, the bays are very well sized & if there is an elevator available during office hours they will do their best to get it in service for you to make your loading a breeze! If I still needed the storage space there isn't anywhere else I'd go!

I was very positively surprised by the quality of service I received at the Appleby North (1770 Appleby) location! Colleen is more helpful than you would ever assume! I highly recommend that location!!
