Amazing staff. They accommodated my request to complete my registration past 6pm store hours as I got stuck in traffic while driving from Toronto. The lady in the office stayed for 30 more minutes past business hours and helped me with registration of a storage unit. They were super helpful in helping me with the walk around of the storage unit and initial set up. I didn’t get their name but I would like to thank them for their amazing service. 10/10 would recommend!!!!!

Absolutely a great storage spot! Left my things here for 4 years while living abroad. The staff is super helpful, flexible and available for anything you need! Madison in particular got us all setup with our items when returning to Canada, making us feel welcomed and happy to be back home! Communicative, reliable, safe, dry and bug free! Would recommend. 10/10 storage, 11/10 staff!

A good experience, and it could have been very good, if at signing the agreement electronically wouldn't have shown my initials reversed. Probably not the agent's fault, that's how the form was set up. It is traumatizing though, having to see the initials as in a previous country of residence. At least for me. Thank you for your storage-providing service.
