Very happy with my storage unit. I have a 5x5 that is just the right size for the overflow from my one bedroom condo. The staff member in the office was very helpful and friendly when I first arrived to see the unit.

I was super nervous about my big move and about stoping all of my possessions, but Amy was amazing at making me feel comfortable with the process and what to expect. Very happy so far with the people. I did have to deduct one star tho as there are two lips of about 2 or 3” each up from the driveway to my storage unit and I tripped quite badly on it during my move, so perhaps they could put a marker on the edge of the concrete so that this doesn’t happen. Also the lip made it hard to get a dolly up over it and into the unit. But the unit itself and the facilities seem very well maintained otherwise.
