We stored our belongings at this facility for about nine months and had a great experience. When we moved our items out, everything was in the exact same condition as when we left them.
A special shoutout to Andrea for her outstanding customer service. She is extremely knowledgeable, precise with the information she provides, and always takes the time to explain the details so there are no surprises. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and friendly approach truly made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated her support throughout our time there.

I recently secured a storage locker at 1207 Appleby line in Burlington. My overall experience between the online agent and the in-store assistants was amazing. Both Andrea and Oreva were very supportive, assisting me with setup and answering all of my questions. Super professional and friendly, I would recommend this facility to friends and family!

This is a great storage facility. There are lots of options available at varying price ranges. It is clean and well kept. Lots of trolleys for moving your stuff and the cargo bays allow for a pretty big truck which is very convenient. The staff is fantastic. So helpful and friendly!
