rented a 5 x 15 unit and then later on a 10 x 20 Unit. they were clean and as described. front office was helpful if someone was there but it was tricky to know when someone would be there. I wasn't pleased that my fee increased a few times during my rental period.

I had an excellent experience booking a storage unit at the 4491 Mainway Drive location. We dealt with Julia, and she was super professional, extremely helpful, and very friendly. She took the time to show my wife and me several different storage options and answered every question we had. After visiting other facilities and being disappointed by their customer service, dealing with Julia was a night-and-day difference. I highly recommend this location thanks to her knowledge, patience, and top-notch professionalism!
