I have had an excellent experience from start to finish at this access storage. The facility is clean, secure, and very easy to access. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the customer service. Todd and Ayrianna are absolutely fantastic friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend this location access storage to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed storage facility.

I had to store the entire contents of my 3-bedroom house for 8 months, and I had an excellent experience with Access Storage from start to finish. Todd was incredibly friendly, professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the whole process. He was always available to answer questions and made everything easy and stress-free.
When I first signed up, Todd got me set up with a unit quickly and explained everything clearly. On moving day, the movers realized everything wouldn’t fit in the original unit I had booked, and Todd immediately helped arrange a larger unit so the movers could continue unloading without any delays. That level of customer service made a huge difference during a stressful move.
The facility itself was always clean, well-lit, secure, and very easy to access using the gate and punch code system. It gave me real peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe and protected. Even after a harsh Canadian winter, everything came out of storage in excellent condition.
Todd also made moving out seamless and helped ensure I vacated the unit at the right time before the next monthly payment cycle, which I really appreciated. They also offer packing and moving supplies on-site, which came in handy when I needed a couple of moving blankets to protect some items.
Overall, this is a very well-run operation with outstanding customer service. I’m extremely grateful for the experience and would highly recommend Access Storage to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and professionally managed storage facility.

The staff are great, very personable and considerate of my individual situation.
I wish you could turn in your old lock & keys at a discounted rebate. I had to buy a different type of lock for the smaller unit I downsized to. Also there is a monthly service fee which I think should just be stated as part of the locker cost.
I would definitely recommend Access Storage to my friends.

Todd is absolutely amazing & such a warm
and welcoming person! He was beyond accommodating and professional. He is also really funny and dedicated when it comes to his job and ensuring that his customers are happy! I’m grateful I got to meet such a wonderful individual!🥰🤗🩷 Thank you so much for everything Todd!

My initial experience at the Burlington West location was disappointing due to how my concerns were handled by the staff member at the time.
However, I would like to update my review after being contacted by Mitchell Leitch, Regional Manager for Burlington & Southwest Ontario. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and treated me with genuine respect throughout the conversation. What stood out most was that he understood this was not just about the money, but also about how customers are treated.
He assured me that steps would be taken, including additional staff training to improve customer service and communication. I truly appreciate the professionalism and attention he showed in handling the situation.
While my initial experience was frustrating, I’m grateful that it was taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
