Access Storage - Burlington West

So the flood had affected everyone on the bottom floor. Some worse than others. I had gone to the storage facility Monday and made an appointment for Tuesday morning. When I arrived, I spoke to Dionne and Kelly and they were on it! They arranged for my unit to be emptied, garbage disposed and my request for a new unit upstairs was delt with in a pleasant and professional manner. Vince showed me the unit upstairs and a couple of the access guys moved my shelf to the new unit. I cannot express enough that this is a very emotional time for everyone. The staff here were all empathetic and cared that people were taken care of the best way they could. Please be kind to them, they only want to help.

I visited the Plains location today and received Excellent customer service from Vince. He was super attentive and helpful. Thank you Vince. I was also greeted by the lovely Kayanna with her bright smile. Thank you both for making my experience so Fantastic

I had a wonderful experience with Access Storage Plains Road! Their units were top-notch, the location was convenient, and most importantly, the staff was exceptional! Vincent and Ravindu went above and beyond to assist me, treating me with kindness and ensuring that the process of renting my unit was smooth and effortless.

I wanted to share my experience with the folks at Access storage on plains rd Burlington-recently my unit was flooded for the second time and unfortunately I cannot stay at the place and had to move another location which I 100% wanted to stay with access because of their customer service (moved to Cumberland). However I would like to share my experience with everyone which has been more the gold standards! They did their best to help with listening to me vent and to make me feel heard. Vince is fantastic! I plan to move back in the fall!
