Needed a storage unit for a couple weeks. Other places were charging over $100. Kept hearing about Access storage on the radio so I tried them out. Ended up getting 4 weeks for free and happy that Kayanna hooked me up with a great deal. Location was perfect for me and entering/exit through either gate was a bonus.

Love this place!! Made a request for a storage unit and the next day putting my stuff into it.
The employees are all great! Very efficient, and super friendly. Was shown right away where to go and what to do.

First time user of access storage the Burlington West facility was immaculate the directions to use their services very clear the units themselves clean very secure dry and the two employees that I interacted with very knowledgeable great customer service extremely friendly and appreciated the fact that while interaction they used my name not just ma'am.
