Patrick has shown such professional showmanship when it came to his customer service as he helped me go through the steps of renting a storage unit for my very first time! He showed wonderful patience with me and my many questions and all the while he had a smile on his face! When I called him to make a change in my contract he impressed me to the point that I I had made the correct choice in choosing Access Storage!!!! I worked the phones in my career of 20 years and he had me impressed once again! Once our business was completed, he walked me to the door and I received a very warm handshake....something you don't see too many companies do to their clients! This company is extremely fortunate in having such an excellent employee!!! Thank you Patrick!
