I had the most positive experience at this location. The store Manager, Ravindu professional, polite and overall such a great person. My daughter and son in law were also very impressed. We were so impressed his name was brought up in a recent conversation. He broke down and explained everything very carefully. Questions answered with clarity. I strongly recommend this location. Well organized and above and beyond great customer service from all their staff including Ede on my exit! :)

My experience with Access Storage at this location has been so easy and stress-free! We came in November to secure the unit size we wanted and due to a delay in our project, I had to call in today to delay our start date for the unit by a month. It was Ede both times that assisted and resolved our concerns. Her customer service has been excellent! Thank you for making this experience seamless.

Some of the kindest and most professional people work at this branch on Fairview Street. I encountered several delivery issues, and the staff at the front desk went out of their way to help me. Their policies are very user-friendly and flexible. If you’re looking for storage that’s always available in the heart of Burlington, I recommend considering them.

Prateek ....my father and l dealt with a tall man named Prateek - "call me P.J.".
I was nervous and flustered from an experience I had at a store earlier in the day. He couldn't have put me more at ease and im in the customer service industry and know what its like to have a colorful motley bunch of characters come through door. This gentleman had no way of knowing I was struggling to talk etc and put me at ease very quickly got me laughing w clean jokes
I cant wait to share w family and recommend this facility and in particular Prateek...should Moonlight as psychiatrist lol. Thanks access storage!

We dealt with Mitch. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the facility. The facility is clean and well organized. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is ,they are so popular that the availability of space is limited in certain sizes.
