We dealt with Mitch. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the facility. The facility is clean and well organized. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is ,they are so popular that the availability of space is limited in certain sizes.

Fantastic service! The manager has a great personality and is able to guide you through the contract step by step without any missing details. The storage facility itself is also very helpful in the way it's organized, with each corridor being labelled and designed using a sequential order of street signs within Burlington. If you're a resident in the city, I definitely recommend you trust his services under the conditions that you're quick as storage space is being filled up.

Some of the kindest and most professional people work at this branch on Fairview Street. I encountered several delivery issues, and the staff at the front desk went out of their way to help me. Their policies are very user-friendly and flexible. If you’re looking for storage that’s always available in the heart of Burlington, I recommend considering them.

Staff knowledgeable and very personable. Facilities are clean and modern. Price reasonable - good specials and Costco pricing (Costco gift card with rentals)

Martin and his team were highly efficient, worked as a team, and worked very hard to get everything out of my house and into a smaller storage unit. They made it work, were very professional, polite and pleasant why doing their work.
