Great experience renting a unit at Access Storage on Fairview in Burlington. All the staff I met there have always been kind and courteous. In the past few months dealing with Mohammed has been great. He addresses questions or concerns quickly and effectively.

10/10 customer service! My company has had a storage locker for many years at this location. The staff are very accommodating and helpful with any issues big or small.
I recently had an issue with a lock on my locker and they acted immediately to get it fixed. As I use my locker daily it was really important for me to get access and they sorted it out for me which I am very grateful for! Thanks guys!

Amazing customer service. Ravindu and River were very helpful, kind and professional.
The storage is clean and safe, price is reasonable, and you can rent their van for free when you move in.
Highly recommended.
